About Blind Ascent
In Blind Ascent you climb a dark tower without seeing any of it. The only way to make the surroundings visible is to scream into the darkness, which reveals nearby surfaces for a moment before the dark closes back in. You work out where the next ledge sits from what each shout showed.
It is a cooperative vertical platformer, built with Claude Code on Babylon.js as a jam entry rather than a long-running production, and it placed 469th of 945 at Vibe Jam 2026. Multiplayer lets friends share the climb and help one another read the space as it flickers into view.
Sight is tied to sound, so every jump is a choice: call out again for more information, or move on with what you remember of the last shout.
