Terms of use for players and creators

What GamesByAI is

GamesByAI (“we”) is a directory of games made with AI. We describe games, show screenshots of them, and link to each game on its creator’s site. We open a game in our player only with its maker’s permission. We don’t host, sell or own the games. Using the site means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Playing games

Every game is reviewed before it’s listed, but it runs on its creator’s site, and the creator can change it or take it down at any time. We can’t promise that a game works, stays the same or suits you. If one is broken or looks wrong, tell us at hello@gamesbyai.win and we’ll look at it.

Rating games

Each device gets one rating per game, and you can change it. Don’t use scripts, farms of devices or coordinated voting to move a game. We remove votes that look automated or coordinated.

Submitting a game

• You must have made the game or have its creator’s permission.
• You let us list the game, describe it, and publish its entry in the open catalog, whose data is licensed under CC BY 4.0. You also let us show the screenshots you send us, or take and show our own. The game itself stays yours.
• Your submission becomes a public issue on GitHub, apart from your email address.
• We decide what gets listed under the editorial policy, and we can decline, change or remove a listing.

Corrections and removals

Creators and rights holders can have a listing corrected or removed within 48 hours. The takedown page explains what to send.

Our content

The catalog data (titles, links, the AI and tools each game names, ratings) is licensed under CC BY 4.0: reuse it with credit to “GamesByAI (gamesbyai.win)” and a link. The site’s own writing, design and artwork are not part of that license. Creators may embed the rating badge we offer on their game pages. Game titles, art and the games themselves belong to their creators.

Other sites

We link to games, tools and sources on other sites. Their content and terms are theirs, and a link is not an endorsement. Some guides contain referral links, which are marked where they appear and never change how a game ranks.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it or the games it lists. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions go to hello@gamesbyai.win.
