GamesByAI press kit

GamesByAI is a curated directory of games made with AI. Every listing is a game you can play, with who made it, the AI tools they name and how it was made. Players rate the games, and their ratings move the rankings.

Games listed counts every live game; AI tools and jams count each one named at least once. The two shares divide by all listed games and round to whole percents.

How games get listed and ranked

Creators can submit a game; we also find games in game jams and on GitHub. Every game is reviewed before it's listed.

Each game starts from a score: its jam placement, or the middle of the ranked jam games when it has none. Player ratings take over as votes come in, and until the first vote a game keeps its starting score. Read how ratings and rankings work.

About the catalog data

These figures count catalog labels: mobile support, online multiplayer and the AI tools creators name. A game can name more than one tool, and missing labels mean the detail is not recorded. This is a curated collection, not market share or a measure of which tool makes better games.

The public catalog on GitHub holds the records behind the numbers. Catalog data is available under CC BY 4.0; reuse it with credit to GamesByAI.
