About Raveswords

Raveswords is a multiplayer sword fighting game that runs in the browser. Players step onto a medieval battlefield and fight other people in melee combat, in the spirit of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. Each round comes down to landing blows with a blade while avoiding the hits coming back at you.

The unusual part is the mix of settings. Grim medieval warfare is paired with dance music, so the clashing of swords happens against a rave-style soundtrack. The game is built with three.js, which keeps the 3D arena running in an ordinary browser tab, and it also supports mobile devices.

Raveswords was an entry in Vibe Jam 2026, where it placed 53rd out of 945 entries. According to the creator, the game was built with Claude Code, Anthropic's coding tool, and the project is a small, focused take on online sword duels.
