About Color Arena
Color Arena is a real-time multiplayer strategy game about covering a shared map in your color. Each player controls a faction, builds up, expands their territory and outmaneuvers rivals, with action and shooter elements mixed into the strategy, until one color dominates.
The idea is an old one that the creator sketched long ago and never saw realized the way they imagined it. It runs on Phaser, ranked 262nd of 945 at Vibe Jam 2026, and the creator says tournaments with real prizes are planned for after the jam.
There is one battlefield for every device, so players on phones and desktops meet in the same match. Matchmaking pairs random players, and when no opponent is available, an AI bot steps in to fight, so there is always someone to play against.
